Reputable Journalist Guillem Balague has tweeted suggesting that Bielsa doesn’t have a work permit yet but additionally, the proposed deal that makes him Leeds United manager is out of his hands and is now in his brothers.

Balague tweeted in English suggesting that Bielsa cannot get his hands on a work permit until a contract is signed, that currently rests with his brother who is a top lawyer.
Not true Bielsa has work permit as that will come when/if he signs contract that is now in his brother’s hands, a top level lawyer in communication with Leeds. Club very hopeful of things moving positively but no timetable to when confirmation (or the opposite) will take place pic.twitter.com/4kNliLmeIA

As Balague suggests, Leeds United are still very positive about the deal happening and moving forwards but there’s no time-frame that’s been set on an official deal for Bielsa and it looks like this deal is still to take time.
The Argentinian manager who has been hailed as an incredible coup for Leeds United should a deal go ahead clearly wants to ensure things are right. By taking his time in doing so, Leeds United can be assured they are getting somebody who really cares about even the smallest of details, a fantastic trait for any manager to have.
