Bradford City are still in the hunt for a new manager after Simon Grayson left at the end of the season. Here is an updated five candidates for the job-
Paul Heckingbottom- He being linked with a move to the Bantams after being sacked by Leeds United. He has guided Barnsley to promotion from League One in the past and would suit Bradford City. However, there are questions marks as to whether he will be given the job at this moment.
Grant McCann- The former Peterborough United boss was heavily linked with the vacant Barnsley job but looks to be missing out on it. The 38-year-old is an option for Bradford and wants a swift return to football management.
Darren Ferguson- He has resigned from his position as manager of Doncaster Rovers. The former Peterborough United and Preston North End boss is now available and could be considered by Bradford City. He has won promotion from League One twice with Peterborough in the past.
Hannes Wolf- The German boss is another option for Bradford City. He is just 37 years-old but guided Stuttgart to the 2. Bundesliga title last season but was sacked in January. Wolf has previously managed the Borrusia Dortmund reserve team. He would be an interesting appointment by the Bantams and would be a good long-term choice for them.
David Hopkin- He has recently left Livingston at the end of his contract there. Hopkin had guided them to back-to-back promotions from the Scottish League One to the Scottish Premier League. His Livingston side won the Scottish League One title in 2017 and then came second in the second tier and won the Play-Offs against Partick Thistle.
