Five players Stoke City could sign to replace Ramadan Sobhi

Stoke City winger Ramadan Sobhi is set to join Huddersfield Town. Here are five players who the Potters could sign to replace him this summer-

Ademola Lookman, Everton- The highly-rated winger could leave Everton this summer on loan to gain more first-team experience. He has spent the latter part of last season on loan at Bundesliga side Leipzig. Gary Rowett tried to sign him on loan for Derby in January and could try and bring him to Stoke this summer.

Kamil Grosicki, Hull City- He could leave the Tigers over the coming months as their owners continue to dismantle their squad. The Poland international scored 9 goals in the Championship last season and would fill the gap for Stoke left by Ramadan Sobhi’s departure and offer them something different going forward.

Robert Snodgrass, West Ham- It is likely that the Scottish international could leave West Ham again over the coming months. He spent last season on loan at Aston Villa in the Championship but is unlikely to join them on a permanent basis. Snodgrass is proven in the second tier and would be ideal for Stoke.

Ben Marshall, Wolves- The 27-year-old has played for Stoke before and is set to leave Wolves on a permanent basis this summer after their promotion to the Premier League. Marshall impressed on loan at Millwall last season and will be a man in demand over the coming months.

Bakary Sako, Crystal Palace- The former Wolves man started to hit form for Crystal Palace last season but his long-term future with the Eagles is in doubt. He would be a great signing for Stoke City in the Championship as he has done it before in the second tier.
