Bradford City

Who is the best fit to be the next Bradford City manager?

2. Mark Warburton 7/2

Warburton has enjoyed success in the League One with Brentford, he’s managed Rangers and helped them to gain promotion from the Scottish Championship and furthermore, he had a relatively high win percentage at the helm during his most recent job at Nottingham Forest at 40.54%.

Warburton is used to working in a transfer committee type of model, he’s got a fantastic understanding of League One and furthermore, he’s been given lots of credit by fans in the Football League for his good quality football and ability to galvanise teams together and move them up the league ladder.

The concern around Warburton is that the manager seems relatively keen to move to the Championship for his next job but in terms of suitability to the managerial job at Valley Parade, he would be a fantastic recruit.

A sticking point could be wages though, Warburton wouldn’t come cheap after most recently managing Rangers and Nottingham Forest. Only time will tell as to if he will make the move to West-Yorkshire.
