Wigan Athletic midfielder Nick Powell has been voted by you as the 11th best player in the EFL.

 Over the last month, we have been gathering votes from you to find the best managers and players in the EFL. And after counting the votes, we have discovered you think that Powell is the 11th best player in the Football League.
Wigan Athletic have had a number of standout players this season as they lifted the Sky Bet League One title, and Nick Powell was certainly one of them.
The former Manchester United man was nominated for Sky Bet League One Player of the Year, but lost out despite reaching the final three. He was still named in the PFA League One Team of the Year.
Powell scored 15 goals in 39 games, averaging just over a goal every two games, which as an attacking midfielder is extremely impressive.
As well he contributing these goals, he also set up seven goals for team mates.
Wigan Athletic enjoyed an excellent season in both the league and cup competitions. They bounced back to the Sky Bet Championship at the first time of asking following relegation in 2016/17, and Nick Powell will now be rewarded for his performances this year with another chance in the second tier for the 2018/19 campaign.
As well as their unbelievable league form, Wigan Athletic went on one of the most impressive FA Cup runs that we have seen in recent years. Just five years after winning the FA Cup, they reached the quarter-finals this year, beating Premier League champions Manchester City in the process.
