Five players Hull City could sign to replace David Meyler

George Moncur, Barnsley- He could not prevent Barnsley from getting relegated to League One yesterday but may have done enough over the past two seasons in the Championship to earn himself a move back to the second tier this season. The Tykes may be keen to offload some players to reduce their wage bill, so Hull could get Moncur on a cut-price deal.

Cameron Brannagan, Oxford United- If the Tigers want a long-term replacement for David Meyler then Brannagan would be ideal. The former Liverpool midfielder is being tipped for a big future in the game and is a promising young talent.
