Five ex-Football League managers Glasgow Rangers should target

With Graeme Murty’s long-term future at Scottish Premier League giants Rangers in doubt, we take a look at five former Football League managers who they should target in the summer-

Steve Clarke- The former Reading boss has impressed in the SPL managing Kilmarnock. He took over them in October and has lifted them to fifth in the league having been bottom when he joined. The 54-year-old has also worked at some big clubs such as Chelsea, Newcastle United, Liverpool and Aston Villa so would suit Rangers.

Derek McInnes- He managed Bristol City in the Championship from 2011 to 2013. He has been in charge of Aberdeen since March 2013 and has been a man in demand over the past season or two. He rejected the opportunity to manage Sunderland last summer, but would he be tempted by Rangers?
