Oldham boss Richie Wellens will be looking to add some quality to his squad in the summer and here are five players that he could target –
Connor Ripley, Middlesborough – Ripley spent last season on loan at Oldham Athletic, equalling a Latics’ record of 18 clean sheets, collected 3 awards at their End of Season Awards evening and was named in the League One Team of the Year. But this season, he moved to Burton Albion but his move was cut short as he wasn’t 1st choice at the Brewers. He joint Latics rivals Bury on loan to the end of the season. With Ripley not being needed at Middlesborough surely Richie will make a move for the shot stopper.
