Three big transfer deals Cardiff City could pursue in the summer

Cardiff City are currently battling Fulham and Aston Villa for the final automatic promotion spot to the Premier League. Neil Warnock’s Bluebirds have had an outstanding season and here are three transfers they could pursue in the summer-

Andre Gray, Watford- The Bluebirds have been linked with a move for the Premier League striker in recent weeks, should they get promotion to the top flight. Gray, formerly of Luton Town, Brentford and Burnley, joined Watford last summer for £18 million but has struggled to score goals for them. He could be offered to Cardiff in the summer and this is certainly a deal to keep an eye on if the Bluebirds do go up.

Marko Grujic, Liverpool- The Serbian midfielder is currently on loan at Cardiff City from Premier League side Liverpool. He has been in fine for Neil Warnock’s side and has been a hit with the fans. If Cardiff do get promotion, they then will no doubt be keen on signing Grujic on loan for their Premier League campaign. However, his future at Cardiff does depend on what league they are in next season.

Dominick Drexler, Holstein Kiel- Cardiff City were linked with a move for the German striker in January. The 27-year-old has spent his whole career playing in Germany but he is an option that the Bluebirds could explore in the summer. He has scored 13 goals in 29 appearances for2.Bundesliga side Holstein Kiel.
